We act on your behalf, protecting your interests and maximizing your benefits as we LEAD the project through all local and state government agencies, including city councils, township supervisor boards, and the state Departments of Environmental Resources, and Labor and Industry.  We obtain quick approvals by balancing your needs with the government’s - for zoning, variances, historical considerations, land development, soil and erosion control, utilities use, and community interests.

Perform... From design and site selection to contractor and construction coordination to occupancy and ongoing facility management, we PERFORM by bringing bottom line results to the process now and for years to come.  Using our computer aided design (CAD) technology, we emphasize life-safety, air quality, efficiency, interior lighting, life-cycle costs, and flexibility.  Our contributions are measurable in business terms: stimulating learning in schools, lowering energy bills, improving productivity in businesses, and speeding recovery in medical facilities.
