The project included renovation of all building systems to the 50,000 square foot facility including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, handicapped accessibility, all applicable codes and standards, and entirely new finishes.
It also included an upgrade of new construction of a 29,000 square foot facility, which included new classrooms, district administration offices, and a full size competition gymnasium.
Construction completed in March of 2006.

Morrisville Borough School District - Morrisville, PA
The Bink Partnership recently designed what is anticipated to be the first GreenGlobes accredited school building in the Commonwealth. The project is the new, K-12, consolidated school facility for the Morrisville Borough School District in Bucks County, PA.
Among the many options developed for the school district was the option to create not only a district-wide consolidated elementary school, replacing two aged facilities, but to go one step further and actually create a consolidated, 950 student, K-12 facility, replacing 2 elementary schools and a middle/senior high school building.
Efficiencies would be immediate, in going from operating over 237,600 square feet of facilities to a consolidated facility of approximately 164,000 square feet.
The design creates three independent schools connected by an “avenue of the arts” which houses shared spaces such as gymnasium, auditorium, kitchen, and cafeterias, and administrative areas.
