Architecture in the GREATER community's interest, institutional Architecture, & BIO - Architecture for Living, Multi-family specialists
Bink Architects is one of the most experienced and longest serving firms in the Central Pennsylvania area. Having celebrated its 50th year in 2011, Bink is the result of joining two firms, Bogar Bink and Kuntz from Harrisburg and Lembo Powers Bink and Alex from Boston in 1988. The Boston firm specialized in multi-family housing with Harrison, in the urban historic core of the city. The Harrisburg firm concentrates on senior and multi-family housing both public and private. The result is Bink Architects, with contemporary urban design at its core, with Central Pennsylvania pragmatism and responsibility. Our mission statement “Architecture in the Greater Community’s interest” speaks to the importance of each buildings role in improving the surrounding community and environment.
Mr. Bink is also a LEED Accredited Professional and a past member of US Green Building Council, the Council for Educational Facility Planners International and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards #45800. As an American Institute of Architecture member since the ’70s, he served ultimately as the Central Pennsylvania Chapter Board President and served on several non-profit Boards, currently as a Board Member of the South Central Assembly.
